These Terms of Use govern your use of Rateboard at https://therateboard.com (the "Site"), operated by Rateboard Editors ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Educational information only
Rateboard provides rate averages, calculators, and articles for general educational purposes. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax, legal, or lending advice, and nothing is an offer to lend, a quote, or a recommendation to buy or sell any product. We are not a lender, bank, broker, or registered adviser. Before making financial decisions, consult a qualified professional and confirm terms directly with the provider.
2. Accuracy of rates and calculators
Rate figures are compiled from public third-party sources and labeled with the date they were published. They may be out of date, incomplete, or different from the rates you are offered. Currency rates are mid-market reference rates, not retail rates. Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and simplified assumptions. Examples in our articles use illustrative numbers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site.
3. Third-party content and links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, data sources, advertisements, and affiliate links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party. 4. Advertising
The Site displays advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are labeled. An advertisement is not an endorsement by Rateboard.

You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. Quoting short excerpts with attribution and a link is fine. Underlying public data belongs to its original publishers.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rateboard and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of money, profits, or data, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
